Our grove in California is producing an early and abundant crop of premium organic dates. Carefully cultivated for exceptional flavor and texture, these dates reflect the care and attention that goes into every stage of growth. This season, the fruit ripened early—ready before the packaging was. Instead of waiting, we chose to share the harvest directly with you. The result is fruit at its peak: rich, natural, and unhurried by process. We’re excited to see how people enjoy, use, and create with our dates, and to discover the possibilities that come from this direct connection. From our grove to your table, each date offers an authentic, indulgent, and memorable experience—celebrating the richness of California-grown organic fruit and the joy it can bring to your kitchen.

Date Paste

How to make Date Paste:

We recommend storing dates in the freezer to maintain freshness and prevent spoilage. Frozen dates thaw quickly and retain their flavor and texture, making them ideal for date paste and other preparations.

Ingredients

  • 15–20 dates
  • Hot (not boiling) water, enough to cover dates (about 4 cups)

Instructions

  1. Place the dates in a heat-safe bowl and cover with hot water. Let soak for approximately 10 minutes, or until softened.
  2. Reserve 1½ cups of the soaking liquid, then remove and discard the pits.
  3. Transfer the pitted dates to a blender. Add a portion of the reserved soaking water and blend until smooth, gradually adding more liquid as needed.
  4. Continue blending until a thick, smooth paste forms.

Yield & Ratio

Use as a natural sweetener at a 1:1 ratio in recipes calling for refined sugar, adjusting to taste as needed.

About us

Our story began in the early 1970s, when our family started farming with a simple love for the land and good food. Over the years, we built a reputation in organic produce, pioneering new farming methods, packaging innovations, and even securing patents that helped shape today’s fresh food industry.

Alongside that work, we quietly nurtured a family hobby — growing dates. What started as something we did for ourselves has become something we’re ready to share. These dates are not a blend from multiple farms or sources. They are single-source, grown with care and tradition, harvested by people who have been farming for generations.

Now, for the first time, we’re bringing them from our grove to your table. Pure, premium, and unforgettable.
